Sounds terrible

Try resetting your email password first. It should have some backup option to verify your ID such as phone number, security question or alternate email to reset the password. Your room mate won't likely know those piece of information

Then reset your self-serve account password once you have access to your email account.

yes because he got the email that goes to my pm account

so i can just change password needs email change and password then autopay turned on so i can use the phone again lol

its a old hotmail account i made when it first came out sadly been tryn for weeks to get it back

Well, if you cannot get access to your email, Public Mobile mods might be able to change your email on your self-serve account.

OP, I strongly recommend two factor authentication. It's the only secure way to keep others out of your email.
