Refer a friend not showing

Hi,

I referred a friend about 2 months ago, and its not showing up on my account (my cycle is coming up and it didn't factor in the discount).

Specifically, I see Refer-a-Friend Reward($6) on https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/Overview/, but once i click into My Rewards, it doesn't show up.

Any help?

Have you clicked the little arrow by total rewards it will show all numbers refered.

I just posted this instructional pic on another thread, but I might as well show it for this thread too.

To check for your referral's phone number, in your self-serve account, you would go to Plan and Add-ons tab, then the Rewards subtab, and then click on the arrow next to "Total Rewards earned" to expand the details. Like so:

Speaking of rewards, looks like my community reward is already showing for December 🙂

Yes, I see my account has been updated, even though PM hasn't made their "Top Contributors" announcement for December yet.
