&lt;P&gt;If you recently tried transferring a phone number to Public Mobile, then it's possible that for some reason the port has failed and is causing an issue with your incoming service.&amp;nbsp;Can you please send me a private message with:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;-Public Mobile SIM card #&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;-The phone # you are porting&lt;/P&gt;
