      <description>&lt;P&gt;Dear PM,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just activated my $120 promo plan and it said activation failed. Unable to access self-serve account, says email could not be verified. Data/talk/text not working but SIM can be registered by my phone. Credit card charged already.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sent PM to&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/14027"&gt;@Saray_O&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;and&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/10779"&gt;@Mary_M&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;but have no received responses. If anyone else could help,&amp;nbsp;that would be appreciated.&amp;nbsp;Immediate access to phone service required!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;C&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;FYI: promo plan cannot be activated directly now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They must first activate a&amp;nbsp;90 day provicial calling, global text 6 GB data for $120. Then they&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="p1"&gt;send a &lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Getting-Started/Private-Messages-viewing-and-creating/m-p/56161#M9215" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="s1"&gt;private message&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/A&gt; to any moderator with their&amp;nbsp;phone number, &lt;STRONG&gt;proof they ordered the SIM before Nov 16&lt;/STRONG&gt;, and a request to upgrade to the promo.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
