I had 25 in my account and was gonna put more money on my account before I had to renew my account but it took my 25 for some reason and now my account is not active

@Shazia_K would you be able to look into this for @Knicotine66 if you are still around. If you aren't I am sure Sarah or Mary will get to it as well. I am pretty sure this is something a mod will have to look into so I have tagged them and hopefully they will be able to look into this for you very soon
