I changed my phone number by mistake and I would like to have my old phone number back please. How can I do ?

I am not sure that it can be done you will need to get a MOD to look into this for you.

I know there is a minimum waiting period before you can change your phone number again. Hopefully it is still available then.

Used numbers go into a respository for a period of time before it is repurposed. With speedy intervention, it is possible to retrieve it. Back in the early days of number porting, I had a number that was "lost in the woods" for two weeks. Eventually, I was able to get it back.

I'm sorry to hear about this. Unfortunately, the system only lets customers change their numbers once every 30 days. If you want, you can send us a private message with the number that you used to have and your account number and we can try to reassign it to your account (if it's still available).
