Referral Credit

Hey,

I've been trying to get a credit on my account for a refferal and for the first cycle it was put on manually but disapeared once the cycle renewed. It been almost two months since my cycle renewal and no luck yet. Ive got a ticket number but its over 2 weeks now and no resolution. Can one of the Mods' please look into this? Thanks
