      <description>&lt;P&gt;I need some help. &amp;nbsp;Today I ported my number. It seems number has been ported but I have problems.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can make phone calls but I cannot receive any calls and text messages. &amp;nbsp;Also I cannot send any text messages.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone knows whats wrong and what to do?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Update:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can now receive and make calls but cannot receive or send text messages!!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;your port is incomplete.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;how long ago did you port, can take 2 minutes can take 2 hours.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;who did you port from? &amp;nbsp;if koodo was your PM email the same as your old provider?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;what info did you provide to port your number? &amp;nbsp;safest are account number and old account name exatly as on statement&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;After posting this tread, I got a text message from PM that transfer request has been completed. &amp;nbsp;I ported the number around 4 hours back from Petro Canada Mobile.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now I can call and receive the calls but &lt;STRONG&gt;cannot send or receive text messages&lt;/STRONG&gt;. &amp;nbsp;I have restarted the phone, number of times.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When you purchased your plan are you sure you added texting to your plan?&amp;nbsp; If you go into your self serve is Global Texting listed as something in your plan?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
