I just hope all is not lost here.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Definitely some solid suggestions there. I will definitely take them into consideration.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;She will be spending a couple days with me which gives us time to wait for a response or to use a temporary solution.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;To anyone out there who can offer some help before Christmas...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I referred an account the same day I activated mine nearly two months ago and everything was working correctly till yesterday afternoon on that account. That's when it started to go downhill, starting with the data service. A few hours after that, the number completely stopped functioning. A few hours after that, the account was no longer available and the email was not in the data base anymore. Now I've received a text message from Public Mobile saying my refer a friend reward will be taken away as my friend has left.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am starting to panic because it's looking like the account is officially gone and now we're left with no phone number and no service.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there anything that can be done? I just don't understand how and why this has happened.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there anything that can be done to check what has happened?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
