Getting suspended message

My renewal date was December 19 since my credit card has insuffient balance it didn't happend.I recharge my card and try to renew my account it showing its suspended.I could able to use data and message but not able to receive or make a call. I have register for autopay system. How I can renew my current plan or change plan.I tried everything but nothing work out.

hi what plan do you currently have?

typically i think you can click change plan select a new plan and then pay for it. do you see the chnage plan button? shoudl be in overview sectoion and under plans and addon section.

if you have the promo plan then you might need to ask a mod for help I saw Mary was online.
