    <description>&lt;P&gt;Update:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;MY acc has been renabled and everything look like work ok. ONly things which is vanished my 18 $ from community reward. They have been applied to my Payment but it' say 0 on my overwview page.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hopefuly Mod will help me out&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Hello PM. I schedule a plan change for 120 $. Which is today the date. I get an error on public mobile acc. Your account has been suspended. Also my 8 $ community rearward has been vanished.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Any help. I have a badge of top 0.5%. So it's either 6 or 8 $ of.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks a lot</description>

It's funny cuz 2 months ago my badge was 0.5% now is 5% its way to funny. Also before this glitch happened i had 18 $ off through community because of the way they calculate. It's will calculate in the last 3 months and will add it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also the services are working, only thing which say is the fact that my number is going to be deleted in january 23. Weird.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/14130"&gt;@Ionut&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;it may seem weird, but everything you have experienced is completely normal during your renewal. &amp;nbsp;It is normal that the account shows suspended the night of the renewal, and it automatically goes back to Active by the time you look again in the morning. &amp;nbsp;Nothing to be alarmed about.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;And as &lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/16361"&gt;@will13am&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;mentioned, your community rewards SHOULD show zero now, as they were applied to your renewal. &amp;nbsp;If you continue to earn rewards, they will start accumulating again (the next period is in early Jan when PM announce the Decemeber rewards as they do every month), and will be applied to your next renewal. &amp;nbsp;This is all normal and nothing to be concerned about.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;EDIT: sorry&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/16361"&gt;@will13am&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;I had accidentally tagged&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/15043"&gt;@computergeek541&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;when I meant you in that case!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
