Port partially complete

Hey so I just ported my number over from Rogers today. It said port complete on the page, and I was able to make calls and send texts. Cannot recieve calls or texts yet, I know I'm supposed to wait 2 hours then reboot my phone. Just wondering if one of the mods could take a look before they get off for the day @Shazia_K
