Hi friends,

My account was suspended even though there were sufficient funds in my account to pay my monthly fee. How would I could about fixing this?

Unfortunately, you may have caught the bug that some people are experiencing.

Please check your account in the morning, it may fix itself. If not, please message a mod in the morning or tag them here.

If your service is working ok then don't worry, mods will fix your issue.

If today is your renewal day and your services are working fine, don't worry. Everything will be normal in the morning.

@sydproud I think @NDesai's explanation is probably correct--if this was your renewal date, it's "normal" for your account to show suspended through the evening, but by today should be fine. Could you please give us a brief update when you have a moment, so we know if you need any further assistance or not?
