When I try and contact support I get an "email address does not match" error. However when I look up my profile I am entering the address that is in my profile. I even did a copy/paste and it still gives me an "email address does not match" error.

Try using private messages. I find it easier to contact moderators that way.

The moderators are @Shazia_K, @Mary_M, @Saray_O and @Jeremy_M. Shazia and Mary are the most active. If you PM any moderator, the message goes into a pool and any moderator can see them and respond.

This goes back a month. I was attempting to get an answer on the "call limit received" message I was getting when calling Vancouver. I now believer this was probably coming from the called party and not Public Mobile. At that time I tried to contact support and I got the "email address does not match" error. Duh... I just figured out how to do a post (the Go To and down arrow), so I am playing catch up. I would still like to resolve the "email address does not match" error in case I do have to contact support in the future

I have had this as well, starting at "https://publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/contact-us" drilling through the questionaire, eventually you get a form

Looking at the HTML of the form, it is hidden as it doesn't believe the user is logged in

Is there a resolution to this problem that many people seem to be having. That it thinks you are not logged in even though you are.
