Plan expired again while still having 2 months left. Can't purchase add-ons either.

Hi,

My account is suspended and my plan is expired again. This is the sencond time this happned to me. I'm travelling to the U.S. tomorrow and I couldn't purchase any addon. My credits disappeared as well. I need someone help me fix this quickly. Thanks.

Did you make any changes recently that could cause this? ie adding US package? This is definitely a recurring issue.

You need to send a private message to the moderators to get this fixed up.

Yes, it happened right after I purcahsed U.S. roaming. That seems the trigger.

Still not fixed. It looks like my phone will become useless in the next two weeks when I am in the U.S..
