hi

most likely what happened was, that you only initiated a future plan change and thought it would do it rigth away and then went on to pay for it not realizing, that it actually renewed your old 90 day plan.... check your account for the "next upcoming renewal date" ...what date is in there?

if it does have the correct 30 day plan in, then only a moderator can fix that for you and you have to send them a private message...

cheers
