      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am having trouble sending and receiving Picture texts. I have my data on but it just tells me "Unable to download at this time try again later"&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I try to send a picture it just spins and spins but never sends.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I know my data is on because I am able to go on the internet.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Hi, is it possible you have wifi enabled but not data? I know on my s3 i always have to turn on data and then restart my phone before I'm able to send or receive picture messages. Also, make sure your APN settings are set up properly.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have checked and my APN settings are correct , I am able to use my data when I am away from WIFI so I know my Data works fine.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have never been able to send or receive with PM but had no issues with my previous carrier . I have a Samsung S5 Active&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;it really does sound like an apn setting... try deleting and creating a new one. &amp;nbsp;double check the mms parts...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you can try a third party messaging app like textetra (i think that is the one i remember readuing on thr forums)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;some phones required a factory reset (some LGs) but i don't think i have heard of s7 needing that? &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Maybe deleting/formatting the cache partition.... you would need to google that....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/18818"&gt;@Quad4x4&lt;/a&gt;,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Go back to the APN settings page on your phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Scroll down to the line that say "APN type" &amp;nbsp;and enter "default,mms,supl"&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Save and reboot and then test. &amp;nbsp;This should most likely resolve it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, MMS needs a data connection so make sure you switch off wifi when testing MMS. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Make sure your MMSC is correct. (aliasREdirect). Without the RE (no caps) your data will work but MMS will not. Also leave APN TYPE blank. Hope this helps&lt;/P&gt;</description>
