    <description>&lt;P&gt;I already have account, forgot password option is not working.&amp;nbsp; I top up my account but service is not working and they also charged me twice.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can any one from PM can contact me as I am also ubable to send email to PM.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just go to my account page, click on create account.&amp;nbsp; You will get an SMS with a code.&amp;nbsp; That code will allow you to reset the password.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Well, probably because its late at night. I would expect a response sometime tomorrow. So the issue is no service and a double charge on the credit card, in addition to being unable to reset the selfserve password?</description>
