Thanks for the suggestion, and no I hadn't tried that yet so I appreciate it. It has had no effect on solving the glitch :-(. I also tried taking the SIM card out and in which ( coincidentally??) caused emails to come in in a wave.

Everything was working fine up until midnight last night, but from then on I have been able to text out successfully, but not receive any. I hadn't been receiving emails either, but for now (last hour) that seems ok. Some calls come in, others go straight to VM. I rely on my service for my clients and team to reach me. Any tips? As a matter of possible coincidence, my 10 day travel Pak expired last night at midnight..... Thanks for any help. CJ.

Might have already tried it but have you tried manually selecting the PM network and restarting the phone?

I believe this will be something on the back end with the travel pack ending. There has been some issues with it. Did you buy the texting as par tof the travel Pack? If you didn't I am wondering if the no texting has transfered to your regular plan

I had wondered if there might be a connection - yes, I got talk/text/data. Could it be possible that the expiry of the Pak triggered the total shut-off of texts.... None of my Gmail has made it through to my phone either - since midnight - only some Hotmail.

Still not working? Maybe we can get a mod to take a look at your accounts.
Thanks for all the input. .. I'm cautiously optimistic that what has returned to "normal" will continue to function as expected :-). It returned all at once, on its own, then delayed delivery, then worked ok, and has been fine for almost two days. Fingers crossed.....

Maybe there's unitended transition period between when add-on expires and 'normal' service returning. Since the US add-ons are so new, maybe yes, there's an issue PM wasn't aware of. Good work, Sherlock(s)!
