      <title>Number Ported without account being created</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Looking for help - started to sign up for account with a port from Rogers but when realized teh $40 promo plan was not showing up I cancelled the process. &amp;nbsp;Seems that my number has been ported away from Rogers but nothing set up with Public. &amp;nbsp;Rogers says the number was ported to Telus. &amp;nbsp;Anyone have a phone number that I can call to talk with someone?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
