    <description>&lt;P&gt;The error message says "No Sim Inserted"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I referred my friends and all of their phones are working.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried inserting the SIM into multiple phones and it does not work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The service itself has been great so far.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have been enjoying PM service so far.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, my SIM card stopped working all of the sudden.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have an unlocked IPhone 6 plus. After inserting the SIM into my new unlocked Lumia 650 phone,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the SIM stopped working.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I reinserted the SIM into other phones afterwards and the SIM did not work in any of them.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you rush the SIM card for me free of charge?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I would buy a sim card for $5, and then ask for a refund, rather than waiting for a mod to get back to you (not sure the wait time), will be quicker, worst case you will be out $5, &amp;nbsp;best case they &amp;nbsp;refund you the $5.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I know &lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/9663"&gt;@Shazia_K&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;is online today, she might be able to offer some suggestions.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Payment is up to date and &amp;nbsp;account may even say "Active".&amp;nbsp;&lt;img id="robotfrustrated" class="emoticon emoticon-robotfrustrated" src="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/i/smilies/16x16_robot-frustrated.png" alt="Robot Frustrated" title="Robot Frustrated" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="p2"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="p1"&gt;Send a &lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Getting-Started/Private-Messages-viewing-and-creating/m-p/56161#M9215" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="s2"&gt;private message&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/A&gt; to any moderator with your phone number and a description of what has happened, but given their backlog it will likely be several days before they respond.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="p2"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="p1"&gt;Meanwhile, if your service is down you can make phone calls with an application like that from &lt;A href="http://fongo.com" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="s2"&gt;fongo.com&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/A&gt;. It&amp;nbsp;provides free calling across Canada from wherever you are connected to wifi.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I have had my service stop a few times.... Sometimes data, sometimes data and calling, I've powered down my phone, and that seems to fix the issue.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This seems as the best solution.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I messaged one of the mods and started this thread.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I will order the SIM and try to &amp;nbsp;get the refund for the SIM, since it is clearly faulty.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The error message is "No SIM Inserted".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I cannot get any data, reception or send SMS.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I even uploaded new iOS update and it still has not fixed it .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, the SIM does not work in other unlocked phones.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Restarting the phone has not helped either.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
