Paid on Nov 30, 2016,send private message to mod after because plan didnt change to promo plan. Hope someone can help. Thanks

Did you set it to future date plan change or changed it immediately?

If future plan change, it will happens when your plan renewal.

If change immediately, you would lose all your previous payment. IN this case, you need to wait for mod to reply. Or perhaps send another private message. 😄

Hey, i had a similar problem where the plan change did not go though. I hope this link helps. You should message cat_l. (Don't worry, they will change the plan for you but it might take a week or two)

According to the included items, it seems you have that promo plan. What does your data usage say? you have 4GB or 12GB?

not on this account. i have 3 accounts. one of them didnt change to promo plan after renew. 😞

Give them some more time and they will make changes so don't worry.

May be @Shazia_K is online tomorrow and might help you right away.
