    <description>&lt;P&gt;I've tried porting my number over from PC Mobile to Public Mobile, but whenever I enter my number and click 'check eligibility', I get the "We are experiencing difficulties in processing this request. &amp;nbsp;Please contact Public Mobile for additional assistance." message and can't go further.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I made sure to use a different email address from PC Mobile when I signed up. &amp;nbsp;I've tried using different browsers and cleared my cache, but that hasn't solved the issue and am still getting the same message. &amp;nbsp;I've pm'd a mod but that was 12 days ago and haven't received a response and am soon approaching the end of my first month with PM without service and am still paying PC mobile.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can one of the mods please look into this and help me port my number over? &amp;nbsp;And will my plan start date get updated to the day my service starts working?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I'm sorry for the delay in responding back to you as you might already know we are currently receiving a higher volume of requests than our usual.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Since we use the same system has PC Mobile and Koodo prepaid&amp;nbsp;any ports coming from them cannot be completed through the self-serve portal or activation form it has to be done directly by us&amp;nbsp;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":disappointed_face:"&gt;😞&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;I was able to complete it for you, please reboot your phone and everything should be good to go &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":winking_face:"&gt;😉&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
