US Roaming Add-On thru *611

When you call to add US roaming it for some reason does not include the Talk and Text package on the *611 system. It only has 6 options; Talk, Text & 250Mb package, Talk add-on, Text add-on, 250Mb data, 500Mb data, 1 GB data, but no Talk&Text bundle. I was wanting to add the talk and text package with 1 GB of data but was unable to thru *611 system. If PM could add this to the *611 system it would be great.

I'll also tag @Saray_O since i mentioned it to her yesterday. Since it wasn't working on the website either. If youre trying to get the two, you'll probably have to buy them seperately and not as a bundle.

We don't have the U.S. Talk and Text Bundle on the IVR right now, but do have it available on Self-Serve. Sorry for the inconvenience!

Hey @Brooke_C, last time I tried it on the website it didn't work either though. It gives a message of validateoptions_...12 something. Basically an error message whenever you try to add it. So its not really working either way :p.
