    <description>&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Hello, for the first time in 2 years im not able to call my mom. Im getting a message: 6UC2 the number your calling is not in service.&amp;nbsp; My mom can call me but not the other way around. My son and my cousin are also with public mobile and are also getting the same message when they call my mom. Others in my family that are not with public mobile are not having any problems. Has anyone experienced this issue? and if so how can I resolve it? Many thanks&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/99017"&gt;@Mature44&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; did you try reboot your phone?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;try to manually dial by adding 1 in front of the 10 digits number&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I see someone on Koodo with the same error code, the deleted the contact from the contact book and dial , works.&amp;nbsp; Then he re-added the contact after.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/99017"&gt;@Mature44&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;"6UC2" usually mean network busy.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; Try to reboot your phone.&amp;nbsp; Also, try to ask your mom to reboot her phone once.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And, what network your mom on and what area code she is on?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
