      <title>Can't Register Sim</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am totally unable to register my sim card.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;First I got stopped during the number port portion with the alternate number regex problem. So I followed advice from this community and restarted the process with the idea that I would choose a new number and then port my old one.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I get to the number porting screen 1 of 2 things happen&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1) there are no regions in the region drop down so I can continue&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2) there is no region dropdown and the continue button is inert&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Choose Phone Number" step.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The continue button does nothing. I'll message a moderator but I'm having serious second thoughts.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
