HELP HELP HELP!!!

I have joined PM since the $40 promo. It is 2-1/2 weeks and still not solved. I have tried email but it came back with a standard respond on teaching me how to use the self-serve porting system. I must have try that system a hundred times. Can anyone help me on this porting problem? I came to PM for a better deal but now I am paying for both carriers. No good.
