      <description>&lt;P&gt;Are there any MODS could help?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I got double charged and plan did not change to 12GBs/3months which I had changed during the promotion.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had&amp;nbsp;pmed 3 MODs and none of them reply.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had been wait for more than a week.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What can I do?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
