    <description>&lt;P&gt;I remeber the below steps worked out well for me last week,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;login to selfserve and&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;click purchase addons,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;there is a $0 T911 service in the voice column,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;try purchasing it and see if all other services works fine for you post this purchase.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Hello,&lt;BR /&gt;My plan was changed today to the new 90 days/12Gb plan.&lt;BR /&gt;Data and text messages are working fine.&lt;BR /&gt;However, when attempting to make a local phone call, it says my call cannot be made as I don't have a long-distance option and the number is not covered by my plan.&lt;BR /&gt;Help!!!!</description>

      <description>Thank you so much for taking the time.&lt;BR /&gt;I did as you suggested, yet it did not sokve the problem. However, I think it was a good thing to do anyhow. Thank you for the advice.&lt;BR /&gt;I also tried the following: I purchased a 200 min. long distance option ($8), to see if that would allow me to make phone calls. That did not work either.&lt;BR /&gt;Let me know if you have other great ideas.&lt;BR /&gt;With gratitude,&lt;BR /&gt;Bruno</description>
