Looks like we may have a new mod incoming! saw this in the recently registered users. (Parady_i )

so i will go ahead and say WELCOME! to Parady_i i assume this new mod will start next week or something.

*** anyone wanting to say hi and welcome as-well please make sure dont @TAG him/her as that will just add messages to the support que. and we dont need to add additional delays for no reason

Unless tech support is smaller, more moderators >> more cost >> higher prices.

Or it means more customers than before, thus more profit, thus more support needed thus hiring more moderators.

Maybe a few more mods won't break the bank? LOL

However, there is a severe porting issue going on right now... and we aren't sure exactly why (porting system failure due to huge volume?)

@Luddite, If Tech was too small, and issues were too big, PPL would be waiting for way too long, I would settle for the Incereased Tech team anyday, at least that the increased crew can process these faster, and I wouldn't think it would mean Fee increases necessarily, UNLESS they hired 1000 PPL, But if they had 50-75, I think the prospects are manageable

Woohoo! Great to see new mods added.

I had a few questions earlier about porting and they were able to respond to my questions after a week or so. Glad to see the PM community adding mods to support all of us. The user community is probably growing too. Makes sense.
