@Mary_M helped me last week with getting my account activated and working but it seems that we have encountered another glitch. Calling is working and so is the data but alas texting is just not working at all (cant send or receive texts). I followed the steps to make sure the data is set to the PM network and yep it is, have restarted the phone, and combed through the commnity but cannot seem to find a resolution (I have also tried on 3 different phones). When I look in the Self serve section under my plan details I am seeing this:

Pick & Pay

This plan includes: -

- 12GB Data

- Expired

- Unlimited International Text

- Unlimited Provincial Talk

Can someone please help? @Shazia_K, @Mary_M

I've replied to Mary in the original thread "Re: Activation fail = credit card charged anyway :\" that contains all of my details.
