      <description>&lt;P&gt;Try making a manual payment.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Sign in to&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;Self-Serve&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Click on the Payment tab&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;From here, you can make a one-time payment or set up AutoPay.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Another option would be to purchase a voucher and call 611 or use recharge.com or ding.com but there is a service charge.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
