Only 2 Active Mods Working - Not Fair to these Mods

Been checking the forum everyday hoping to get a reply to my issue. I understand there are approx. 4-5 mods at PM. However, if you check each Mod's profile you can see their last logon time. Only @Shazia_K and @Mary_M are the two primary mods resolving issues.

With fall promo = more issues, but only two active resources supporting. This is not fair to these two mods, and not a good indication of future support.

Maybe the two are responsible for public relation while the other two are responsible for working tirelessly in the back stage?

Yep, to be fair Telus, who own Public Mobile, only turned over $2.3 billion last year....patience people, patience.....

The moderators are working just not available to the community. All private messages and "tags" are being pooled. Off line moderators are swimming in the pool.

Coverage is currently: Mon-Thursday 9am(EST) to 9pm(EST) and Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 9am(EST) to 5:30pm(EST)
