I need help in retrieving the email address that wa given to me when I tried o sign up for the self serv, I already have a password setup, and I need to change my phone number. Can someone help me? Inbox me with help please. Thanks.

There's no email address given to you when trying to sign up. You gave them your email address as a user name for signing in.

If you forgot the email you typed in or there was a typo, there's nothing we as a user can do except asking MOD to help. They may need your phone number and/or name.
