    <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can understand your frustration, as I too have been waiting for a while to have my situation looked after. But as far as I know they are pretty busy trying to help everyone with the new promotion (you know the 120 for 90 days with 4g data..) I am sure they will get to you, you just have to be patient, I would also try to private message more than one mod.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;My account has been locked and Ive tried to email PM multiple times but have failed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I sent a private message to one of the moderators about a week ago but still has not replied to me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How can I get in touch with the moderators! Please help!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;For my issue it has been 16 days now since I first contacted the mods, so the line up must be pretty long... &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;It would be nice to find out where we are in the queue, but this is the brave new world of self serve and no call centre, so I guess patience needs to be more than a virtue. &amp;nbsp;I've sent notes to 2 mods, but am holding off sending more emails that just fill the inbaskets more.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
