    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I registered for a plan with Public Mobile and activated on Nov 20th. I am able to use&amp;nbsp;data, but&amp;nbsp;not texting or calling using my phone. I also sent out an email request for assistance on Nov 22, but have not received a response. I am unable to call family members, and this is a little frustrating, as I can't make any calls or text.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was hoping if moderator &lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/9663"&gt;@Shazia_K&lt;/a&gt; &amp;nbsp;could look into this matter for me, it would be greatly appreciated, or if&amp;nbsp;anyone in the community who had a similar situation could share their experiences, how they resolved it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It has worked for some and is easy to try.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;If your earlier &lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Getting-Started/Private-Messages-viewing-and-creating/m-p/56161/highlight/true#M9215" target="_self"&gt;private message&lt;/A&gt; to a &lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Knowledge-Base/All-you-need-to-know-about-our-Community-Moderators/ta-p/76452" target="_self"&gt;Mod&lt;/A&gt; didn't include the &lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Announcements/Information-required-before-sending-a-message/m-p/85858#U85858" target="_self"&gt;required details,&lt;/A&gt; send another.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also note there's a chance they'll &lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Announcements/Doing-wireless-different-has-its-ups-and-downs/m-p/107597#M7312" target="_self"&gt;reset the start date of the plan&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;(imm1304 doesn't work for PM, but has clearly been here a while).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Good luck!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
