Voice mail not working - Please help!!!

I'm having the same issue where my port was successful, I'm able to call and receive calls but when using my phone and click on voicemail it says failed. Also tried pressing and holding 1, same issue. Can you please let me know how to fix this issue. Thank you very much!!!!

hi..

from your cell phone you can always call your own number ..that should get you into your voicemail....from any other phone yu can call your voicemail..just press * during the announcement and enter your pin..

btw: what phone model are you using?

You can also access your voicemail by dialing your number.
