      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help please. My credit charge was charged for the November 4GB promo but the SIM does not work. I need a&amp;nbsp; PIN for it, the one I selected doesn't work, meanwhile, I can't log into my account because it says I do not exist.&amp;nbsp; I have emailed 3 times and NO ONE has got back to me!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Julia&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Answers to these would be helpful:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. Are you sure the phone is unlocked? What message do you see on the phone with the PM SIM installed; No Service, No SIM, Public Mobile, Enter Code],etc.?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Phone make/model? Where did you get it?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. Try the PM SIM in a known unlocked phone, and an known active SIM in yours.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
