    <description>&lt;P&gt;I got double charged and the plan didn't change to the 12G for 3 months plan the I changed during the promotion.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had noticed that I need to wait for MOD to reply on my private massage, but I have waited for 3 days. My private massages still haven't been read yet, also I have been massaged to 3 MODs. None of them read my massage. What&amp;nbsp;I need to do? or who I need to contact? or how could I deal with the Visa company? Do I need to backcharge in order to get my money back?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;unread messages do not mean they are unread by mods. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Unfortunatly you just need to message the mods about your issues (which you did) and just wait &amp;nbsp;the PM mods will fix it eventually. &amp;nbsp;I would not do the chargeback as that might affect your account. &amp;nbsp;did you send them a screenshot of your credit card statement or does it show in your paymnet history?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

A direct refund would return your money to you much faster, but in order to do that you have to get through to support, which can take anywhere from a few days to several weeks to get even a single reply.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Either way, it's going to be a while before you get your money back, and by that time, you'd porbably have paid interest on the charge too.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
