@Athar ..one day early , supposed to be scheduled maintenance tomorrow

do you just need to pay with the credit card on file? If so, you can try to call *611 but you will need to use your 4 Digit PIN. If you have forgotten the PIN, then you will have to wait for the site to come back.

The other opton other than using *611 to pay with a payment card would be to purchase a voucher from an online or retail store. When using a voucher, you won't need your account PIN.

Vouchers can be bought at many stores and a couple places online.
