    <description>&lt;P&gt;In case it might be relevant to others who had or are having the same issue, I can confirm that my plan *did* auto renew today as scheduled and *did* roll over to the 12GB promo as scheduled. I still cannot explain why yesterday my account said "plan expired" but -- knock on wood -- all now appears to be correct.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>It works for the moment -- but today is last day of current period. Have sent private message. Not a very good way to treat a customer who has never missed a payment.</description>
