      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey Guys,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I messaged both mods but have not received an answer yet. Trying to port a Virgin Mobile number over to PM and have been waiting since the 18th for it to complete.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can send messages out and calling out but not receiving any of it back....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Help?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Jordan&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Jordan,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If your Virgin mobile SIM is still working see if you can do the port request again. If so, when you do the port request tick the I am authorized box first, then only use your account # and name on the acccount. &amp;nbsp;Put in a home phone for the alternate contact.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Give it a try again on a new brower or different PC or clear all the cookies off you existing brower before trying again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the Virgin Mobile SIM is dead and your online account at Virgin shows that it has been closed you will need a moderator to fix - 12 days is a long time to be waiting.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/10779"&gt;@Mary_M﻿&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Announcements/Information-required-before-sending-a-message/m-p/85858" target="_blank"&gt;http://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Announcements/Information-required-before-sending-a-message/m-p/85858&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
