    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I hope you could help me with my situation now, it has been 12 days&amp;nbsp; since I activated my simcard and I could not receive any incoming call. Virgin still charge me for new month service and PM sim card doesn't receive any call and I cannot access to my account because it has been locked out.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks a lot for your help&lt;/P&gt;</description>
