      <description>&lt;P&gt;Me too! &amp;nbsp;Absolutely ridiculous, especially since I was already a PM customer and made the (ill advised) decision to upgrade to the promo plan. &amp;nbsp;AND NOW, to add insult to injury, the site won't let me send a support email becuase it claims "your email doesn't match"!! &amp;nbsp;Match what? &amp;nbsp;I have double and triple checked and its absolutely the correct email address they have on file. &amp;nbsp;Very, very very frustrated. &amp;nbsp;I have already sent two messages to mods but still no answer. &amp;nbsp;Wow. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
