      <title>Issue with the promo rate plan</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/9663"&gt;@Shazia_K﻿&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;I activated my account on the 19th November, 2016 for a $40 promo package (province wide calling, international texting, 4GB data per month) after getting a sim card outside the Telus building. I recently noticed that my account is not displaying the package I signed up for. Rather it is only displaying 2 GB data per month.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I waited in a long queue on a cold rainy day to obtain a sim card so that I can benefit from the promo package. I have sent you a private message with all the relevant details. I kindly request you to look into this and transfer me to the promo plan.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Abrar Naeem&lt;/P&gt;</description>
