My account is suspended. It shows I have 0.00 amount due and account is deactivated.

Can someone help?

@millerdai what is your account balance? the balance might not have been used to pay for the plan.

Login to your account and see if it is saying you have insufficient funds. That can happen if you had set autochange to occur and your new plan costs less that the old one. Happens this way I think:

You can reinstate your old plan by paying the balance. Then you can private message the moderators to correct it.
