    <description>&lt;P&gt;there is still nothing happened, my account was inactivated instantly, but they said they need to deal with the refund request before. if the service is good, why there is a large number of refund requests.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Send a private message to any moderator or perhaps just ask your credit card company to reverse the charge based on the email you received.
