      <title>Plan change not taking effect</title>

      <description>Hello, my friend joined pm few months ago and before the fantastic fall promo plan. She got the 2gb plan and couldn't be happier with it. I let her know that she could double her data due to the fall promo. She gave me access to her account and I activated her plan to the 12gb fall promo to take hold on her new pay period. Low and behold her pay period renewed and it's still showing 2gb plan. Now I'm in a bit of a pickle because I told her she can switch plans at no charge and I changed it for her. What is going on? Anyone else having this issue?</description>
