      <description>&lt;P&gt;I almost feel bad for starting yet another Porting topic, but it's been 9 days since I tried porting, had an issue, sent in a private message and no response.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My old number was disconnected when the Port was initiated, because of this, my credit card company wasn't able to contact me when I tried to buy something on Black friday and suspended my card... please fix my number.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/9663"&gt;@Shazia_K﻿&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;please help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I tried all the trouble shooting from the forums already. All indication points to needing a mod to fix this. I sent a private message on the 19th and the 25th. Sent a support ticket on the 19th. Sent a message on twitter. No response yet.</description>
