Phone numbers changed it self!?

Hey guys, iv already made a post on this, and emaild public mobile 2 weeks ago! My number changed randomly and thats a big problem! no one knows my number now so they are calling/texting a dead line. Why has public mobile not even replied to my emails in the last 2 weeks. this is rediculous! can a mod please read my pm or email! thanks
